- Only in the app. Login and registration are screens inside Chai for iOS and Android; a web login does not exist.
- Sign-in methods inside the app we did not test ourselves — not verified; the EULA describes the account as “registration data” you undertake to keep secret.
- Age. Strictly 18+; where stores verify age, confirmation is required before download.
What the account gives
- Chats and characters are tied to the account and move between devices.
- Subscriptions go through the store but attach to the Chai account.
- Filters and blocks are kept in settings.
Deleting the account
There is no public deletion guide — not verified; requests go to hello@chai-research.com. Remember that the EULA licence on posted content is perpetual. About data.
